Brunel Group where engaged by Mitie Constructions to complete all mechanical and electrical services for a refit of part of the St Pauls College in Karratha.
This works required the supply and installation of new Air-conditioning units within the extreme climate of Karratha. Also the works included the installation associated duct works and air-conditioning control system.
Cold Bridging was imperative to ensure that no condensation developed on any part of the Air-conditioning system and damage roofing throughout the facility.
